Terms
Product terms
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These technical product terms describe intended behaviour and require legal and commercial approval before launch.
The service
ShitOrShip turns a short idea intake into an AI-generated SHIT or SHIP verdict and suggested next actions. The output is opinionated product feedback, not professional advice or a guarantee of commercial results.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit the content you provide. Do not submit secrets, unlawful material, sensitive personal data, malware or content intended to abuse, probe or disrupt the service. You remain responsible for decisions made using a verdict.
Accounts and public shares
Your account is personal to its session or login. Public sharing is opt-in: you choose the verdict fields that become public. Anyone with the public URL may view those selected fields until the share is revoked or the account is deleted.
Credits and payments
Credits permit eligible verdict requests and have no cash value. Price, refund, expiry, failed-payment and consumer withdrawal terms still require commercial and legal approval before paid access is launched.
Sponsor applications
The four displayed sponsor prices apply per month to their numbered spot. Submitting an application does not reserve a spot, start a subscription or create a payment obligation. Placement begins only after availability, suitability, creative material, timing and payment terms are agreed directly.
Availability and changes
The service may be limited or paused to protect users, control abuse or perform maintenance. Features, models and prompts may change. Final operator identity, governing law, liability, contact and dispute terms must be supplied before public launch.
